Cosina President - Mr Kobayashi-san I had a chance to visit the Cosina factory at Nakano, Nagano Prefecture. On the left is me, Chiif, on the right, is the Cosina President, Mr Kobayashi-san.

The manufacturing facility is located in a quiet and peaceful town surrounded by mountains and lakes, about two hours by shinkanshen (Japan bullet train).
An excellent place to live in, no wonder the folks at Cosina are able to produce such high quality optics at such an affordable price. Thank you Mr Kobayashi-san for introducing the new Voigtlander RangeFinder to the world.
