Q: What are the SL lenses still available in Nikon AIS & Canon EOS mount? A: AIS Mount - F2/40mm - F3.5/90mm - F2.5/125mm - F4/180mm - F5.6/12mm - F4.5/15mm EOS Mount - F2.5/125mm M42 Mount - F2/40mm - F2.5/125mm - F4/180mm Q: If I use a F5.6 12mm or a F4.5 15mm on a Nikon AIS body. Must I set the mirror lock up ? A: Yes, the lens protrudes in deep into the lens mount very close to the shuttle, hence, mirror must be locked up. The 12mm/f5.6 SL & 15mm/f4.5 SL only works on Nikon F,F2,F3,F4,F5 and Nikomat series(exclude FS) which have mirror lock up system.
